
A mother of three grown children, Felicia volunteered in New York City schools for many years. Her commitment to fostering literacy and education is demonstrated through 15 years of weekly library service, during which she helped guide students in literature exploration and resource management. As Chair of the Book Fair for three years, she further promoted reading engagement within the school community.
Her leadership also extended to various school initiatives, including chairing the school spirit store and co-chairing annual giving campaigns. In the early 2000s, she dedicated her time to Dress for Success, helping women prepare for professional opportunities through wardrobe consultation.
Felicia has served on Syracuse University’s School of Education Board of Visitors for over a decade. In addition, she has been a member of the National Committee Council at SU for four years. Felicia continues to shape educational policy and practice. Her philanthropic impact is also evident through establishing three family scholarships with the school, supporting Athletics, the School of Education, and the Veterans Center, which create lasting educational opportunities for diverse student populations.

Ms. Cook has been a Senior Portfolio Manager at City National Rochdale since 2010 and has 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. She directly manages and invests 2.5 billion in client and institutional assets in this role.
Ms. Cook began her career at Banc of America Investments on the trading floor. She then joined AXA Financial, where she performed research, analysis, and execution of investment models for high-net-worth clients.
Ms. Cook earned her BA in Business Administration and Economics and her MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University. She also completed postgraduate studies in probability theory and mathematical finance. Ms. Cook holds the Chartered Financial Analyst®️ designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Los Angeles.
Ms. Cook spent several years working and volunteering for the Center for Autism and Other Related Disorders (CARD), where she specifically worked with children between the ages of 2-5. She enjoys traveling, hiking, viticulture, boxing, martial arts, and yoga in her free time.

Susan Westcott Kim is a marketing strategist and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience spanning brand development, digital marketing, advertising sales, and content creation. As the founder and CEO of Eleven Digital Group LLC (EDG), she leads a boutique marketing consultancy specializing in compliance-sensitive professional services — helping financial advisors, medical practices, and law firms build visibility and stay consistently present with their audiences.
Susan joined the board of FCCF as Director of Marketing Communications, where she leverages her expertise to drive awareness, support event planning and fundraising, and deepen community engagement. She also co-created Adventures in Finance with Bull & Bear, a children’s book series designed to introduce financial literacy concepts to young readers.
Earlier in her career, Susan honed her skills in retail sales, recruitment, and pre-sales engineering — a foundation that continues to inform how she bridges technology, marketing, and business strategy for her clients today.
Susan lives in New York City with her husband and their two daughters, and is an active volunteer at her children’s public high schools, contributing social media, email marketing, fundraising, event planning, merchandising and hospitality support to those communities.

Elizabeth Joshi is an attorney and nonprofit leader whose career has been shaped by a commitment to children, community, and the law. She earned a dual degree in Spanish and Government from the University of Notre Dame in 1992, followed by her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 1995. She went on to practice civil defense litigation in Chicago for a decade, developing strong analytical and strategic capabilities across complex legal matters.
Her focus shifted toward nonprofit service following the birth of her son, who was diagnosed with Joubert syndrome, a rare genetic disorder requiring significant medical support. That experience became a catalyst for deep civic engagement. Elizabeth has served on the boards of the Joubert Syndrome and Related Disorders Foundation and the Evansville Association for the Blind, and has actively contributed to youth scholarship committees, community safety initiatives, and environmental advocacy.
Most recently, Elizabeth founded the Ponte Vedra Litter Crew, a grassroots community cleanup organization she has led for over two years. She brings to the FCCF board a unique blend of legal expertise, lived experience navigating systems on behalf of a child with special needs, and a proven record of nonprofit leadership — all in service of FCCF’s mission to provide quality early childhood education in Arusha, Tanzania.

Kriena Nederveen is a seasoned luxury fashion executive and philanthropic leader with over 25 years of experience bridging the worlds of fashion and nonprofit governance. As a current Professional Stylist, she works with high-profile clients while actively involved in charitable causes. Her previous leadership roles include Brand Manager at Haspel and Sales Director at Gianfranco Ferre, where she demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, team management, and business development.
Nederveen’s dedication to nonprofit governance is exemplified through her board service with several prestigious organizations. As Board President of Planned Parenthood of Central Ohio, she led successful annual campaigns raising over $200,000 and implemented sexuality education initiatives in inner-city schools. Her service on the Board of Directors for Complexions Dance Company included organizing a milestone fundraising event at Jazz at Lincoln Center, showcasing her ability to leverage cultural connections for philanthropic impact.
